  2. Login and "Submit Return" for return or exchange.
  3. Our team will connect with you to pick the product.
  4. We do not wait till we receive the product at our end. Once we pick up the item, we'll kick off your refund or exchange process instantly. Make sure product(s) must be unused with original tags and seal tag intact.

 

Refund:

  • For UPI orders, refund is instant. For other prepaid transactions, expect your reimbursement within 3-4 days. If it takes longer, hit us up on WhatsApp for speedy help.
  • If you paid cash on delivery, once your return's approved, we'll sling you a unique coupon code via WhatsApp. You can use this on your next buy from us. Just a heads-up: COD charges of Rs. 100 aren't refundable.

Few things to remember:

  • We can't take back used or damaged products. Make sure to send 'em back in their original packaging with the barcode and tag seal intact.
