Return Policy
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.

Return Charges & Refunds
- Shipping Charges (INR 100) are Non-Refundable for COD. No other charges are issued.
- Refund Method: Refund is to be issued to your original source of payment method as soon we receive the confirmation of picking up the product. Instant Refund to be issued for Namma Bengaluru people, within the same day of returning the product.

Exchange Policy
- Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.
- Price Difference in Exchanges: If the new item is priced higher than the original, you'll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued to your original source of payment.

Return & Exchange Process - The Return or Exchange can be initiated via the Website, read through the prompts highlighted on the Website.

- Reverse Pickup: Reverse pickups will be arranged only after confirmation from Customer Experience Team.
